Ni ville ha lite mat- och träningstips av mig! Vet inte hur hälsosam jag egentligen är, men man försöker ju. Till frukost brukar jag alltid äta havregrynsgröt med färska bär och frukter. Gröt är supernyttigt och man håller sig mätt länge – men skippa sylten! Den innehåller extremt mycket socker och är skit rent ut sagt. Mycket godare och fräschare med bär! Ett glas citronvatten till det + en Omega3 tablett. Voilá! Skippa aldrig frukost, det är det viktigaste målet om dagen! Och det godaste tycker jag. Älskar frukost, och på söndagar brukar jag förvandla det till en brunch. Jag brukar vara väldigt stressad på morgonen, men jag prioriterar att sätta mig ner i lugn och ro och faktiskt njuta av frukosten. Då  kanske man får lägga 10 min mindre på sminket. Det är värt det, för man får en otroligt bra start på dagen!
